The problem with most non car peasants is that they think it's just a magical thing that does exactly what you tell it to do and don't think past that. They don't understand that putting pressure on the steering wheel to turn it to say the left doesn't turn the car, but instead pushes the steering rack to which ever direction you chose which in turn rotates the wheels. The same with the brakes, putting pressure on the brake pedal doesn't stop or slow the car down, it puts friction on the brake rotors which in turn slows down the rotation of the wheels. There's a big difference

More important than that would be explaining carefully all functions to customer and how they differ from their old car. In here north there are WAY too many car owners who drive in mid-day snow storm where there is ambient light enough to keep car in day light mode but owners do not understand this. So they drive in this low visibility condition without any lights i their rear so they just appear out of nowhere. Usually these are same cars that go half the limit if anything out of ordinary happens and they are really dangerous for others and themselves just because they have no clue what is happening.

Or people should just use common sense, it would be annoying as hell having to take a course teaching the basics of car mechanics whenever you buy a car because your in the majority of not an idiot. You have to be pretty dense to make a multiple of thousands purchase on something you haven’t even researched. You wouldn’t buy anything else in this price range without knowing exactly what it is and how it works first.
