Don't try being "the nice teacher". Keep your authority and respect. You can always get more laid back later if you see fit, but you will never be able to gain back your authority once it's lost.

Forget about "being a good teacher to everyone", as you wrote. It's the same illusion as people trying to get along with everyone. It doesn't work. There will always be a kid, a parent or a colleague that won't like your way. If the majority (including yourself!) is happy with you, that's enough. Don't focus on the few difficult cases.

Dont sorry about all liking you. Its great but some people will dislike you for the petiest reason. Try to teach like a story if you can, why, when, how... what made it possible, how it happened... humans love story. Knowledge is a web, nothing is alone, there are always a next step. Have it clear in your mind. Explain to yourself like you are a kid. Answer questions, let them try to answer them.

Slam the door every time u enter always pick kids from the back rows, always pick kids who don't put those hands up, when it comes to that tell the kids to form groups by themselves, when they're writing tests walk around and sometimes stop over a kid a stare at their paper for a minute or so, conduct oral pop quizes by randomly choosing 1 kid and tell him to come to the front and face the others so that THEY can ask the questions, always go on for about 5 mins after the bell "the class is over when I say so, not when the bell rings"

There's no way for you to make everyone happy. Many parents don't care about you or won't respect you. There's a lot of red tape in what you are allowed to do and say. That aside... do your best to teach kids what you wish you were taught. Show them the world is hard but that it doesn't have to be cold. Realize bullies exist and typically it's because of home life. You don't have to be their friend but try to stop the actions and show them being good feels good too... Idk good luck.

Just don't get bitter and jaded. Treat your students like actual people, and try to show a genuine interest in there learning. Being entertaining while teaching/learning also helps lol. Its a tough job. Good luck and I'm sure you will do awesome

You will have your favorite kids and those you hate, that's natural. But never let it show. Don't give homework over holydays (srsly, don't that's how you burn out kids and make them loathe school). Show them that you're genuinly interested in the stuff you're teaching. Encourage inputs from your students. Dunno about the school-rules nowadays but if it's within rules, don't be afraid to put students outside the class if they're too disruptive. It'll hurt the class overall more to have constant attention on the ill-behaving rather than the actual stuff to work on. make sure you're prepared for your lesson but also have a back-up plan if something goes wrong. If you're teaching languages, get them to learn it playfully, especially Uno is a great game to learn a language. (Maybe once a month or a bit less, don't spoil them!) Ask other teachers in your school about their experiences.

As a student who was shy and had anxiety, PLEASE NEVER FORCE A KID TO DO ANYTHING, NEVER PUT ANY ONE STUDENT IN THE SPOTLIGHT, just ask people to things voluntarily, like give a question to the class, and the ones who know can choose to answer.

The only thing that drove me crazy during high school is the favorits one of the teachers picked they had 3-4x more opportunitys to get extra grades with extra tests they had to ask for since they didnt get an A on the last one only a B, and when someone honsetly tried to get better and was 1 better grade away from getting a the better grade at the end of the year they were straight up denied "you should have worked harder during the year" the sight of these students were sickening for the others. I get the part they dont have time for everyones problems and we were a giantic group 36 students in one class, but if you do it with one or two consistently then here and there have to give in for others as well.
